Job Description
- Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate with the procurement department, providing necessary documentation and assisting with procurement needs.
- Monitor and control project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring milestones are met.
- Oversee contractor coordination, ensuring work meets specifications and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve on-site challenges or delays to maintain project progress.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project.
- Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in site or project management.
- Previous work experience in Africa.
- Strong understanding of construction or engineering project management processes.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience in team management, contractor coordination, and procurement support.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
