Group CFO/Finance Director

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the group’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Oversee cash flow management, investments, and financial risk management.
• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the group’s business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team.
• Manage relationships with investors, auditors, and financial institutions.
• Lead and develop the finance team across the group’s subsidiaries.

Skills

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CFO / Finance Director / Head of finance in large, diversified groups.
• Strong background in the manufacturing or FMCG sectors (preferred).
