Job Description

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Coordinate with the procurement department, providing necessary documentation and assisting with procurement needs.
  • Monitor and control project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring milestones are met.
  • Oversee contractor coordination, ensuring work meets specifications and quality standards.
  • Identify and resolve on-site challenges or delays to maintain project progress.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project.
  • Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in site or project management.
  • Previous work experience in Africa.
  • Strong understanding of construction or engineering project management processes.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience in team management, contractor coordination, and procurement support.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
